About

Quemars Ahmed was born and raised in California and is honored to teach at one of its great public universities. Ahmed graduated from UCLA Law where he was editor-in-chief of the UCLA Law Review. Since graduating he has worked on presidential campaigns, focusing on voter protection, and has practiced law. Currently he is working in the field of election law research.

Outside of teaching, Ahmed loves to travel (he went to the 2023 and 2022 World Cups), loves the Las Vegas Raiders, and hates how TV shows have so few episodes per season now.
