Resiliency Project
Our website may be ugly, but our stories are beautiful!
The Resiliency Project is a faculty/student research project that seeks to learn how people experience setbacks, opposition, and oppression while retaining (or ultimately regaining) mental and physical well-being.
The researchers invite anyone who would like to participate to submit an essay or video in which they explain:
- An experience of a setback, opposition to their plans, oppression, discrimination, personal failure or other obstacles to their plans
- How they maintained well-being during that experience, and/or how they regained well-being afterward (or are still in the process).
Both anonymous and non-anonymous submissions are welcome.
