About Martin Battle 

I received my Ph.D. from Washington University in St Louis in 2006, with concentrations in comparative politics and research and statistical methods.  I have published research on decentralization and devolution in journals such as Parliamentary Affairs and Perspectives on European Politics & Societies.  I am currently on leave from Murray State University, where I hold the rank of Associate Professor.
